Located in a quiet street close to Woolamai Safety Beach this traditional two story holiday home is comfortable with a fully fenced back garden and a nice undercover decking area.
The main living is upstairs with open plan lounge dining and kitchen there is a flat screen TV and a DVD player, comfortable sofas and a dining setting, newly renovated kitcken with new appliances to make cooking a breeze for the family after a day at the beach.
There are two bedrooms upstairs with a family bathroom, downstairs has a second living room with a second TV for games, a pool table, a sink and second fridge, there are two more bedrooms downstairs as well as a second bathroom, both bathrooms have been recently renovated.
The back garden is fully fenced and there is a great covered decking area with a gas BBQ and outdoor setting. The family will enjoy lots of fun in the big back yard. The top level has a balcony with sliding doors from the lounge.
This family home is the perfect location for all your summer getaways with just a short stroll to the beach, the rest of the year is also gorgeous down here at the island and this home will be ideal place to come down and relax and unwind from your busy life.
There is ample off street parking and single car garage available for use.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. CHECK IN / OUT
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. Refer to the house manual when your booking is confirmed for the key location and your unique code.
3. SECURITY BOND
A bond payment of $1,000 is allocated to the booking.
Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management as a result breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to are any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc.
4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Parties are not allowed and noise and music needs to be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is located in a residential street. No loud music to be played after 8pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 10pm on Friday and Saturday night. Disobeying these rules may result in potentially losing your bond and being evicted from the property.
Pets are allowed at the property however not inside the home. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets. Any evidence of pets being inside may incur extra cleaning fees.
6. LINEN AND TOWELS
Guests must provide their own linen and towels fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillowcases, bathroom towel, beach towel and tea towels. We supply pillows, doonas and doona covers.
Guests can rent a clean linen set for $30 per bed 2x pillow cases and sheet sheet.
Guests can rent a towel set for $20 per person per stay bath towel and beach towel.
7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform us at the earliest opportunity so we have the chance to rectify the situation.
Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to management prior to departure from the property.
We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while staying at our property.
8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours.
You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately.
Only the guests agreed to in the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without refund.
Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip.
Crockery and cutlery must be washed and packed away. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, cleaning the BBQ etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card.
All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.
The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay.
You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys in the event of losing the keys will be provided at an additional charge of $100.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
