Enjoy staying in the centre of Cowes during your visit to Phillip Island at our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 storey townhouse, Ocean Whispers. Sleeps 9. It is a quick 300m walk to the north facing golden beach of Lovers Walk. A 500m stroll to The Esplanade where you will find many shops, cafes and restaurants. Our upbeat and modern stylish townhouse is sure to tick all the boxes for your Island getaway. Perfect for 3 couples or 2 families holidaying together. We are also Pet Friendly, so no one has to stay at home during your getaway

This two level townhouse is discerningly styled and filled with all the comforts required for a home away from home. Ocean Whispers is just 1 of 4 in the block so is very quiet and private. There is a lovely landscaped courtyard and deck with gas BBQ and outdoor setting, which waits for you to enjoy a meal and a quiet drink after a day at the track, beach or exploring the Coast.

The 3 bedrooms and main bathroom are upstairs along with a deck and outdoor setting. The deck and bathroom are also accessible from the master bedroom. Enjoy open plan living and entertainment downstairs with all the modern fixtures and fittings. Ceiling fans and more then enough cupboard space in each bedroom.

Fully equipped kitchen, Coffee Machine, SMEG electric oven and stove top, microwave, SMEG dishwasher, 8 seater dining table, split system heating and cooling downstairs, 2 x 4 leather seater couch & 2 big bean bags, Flat screen TV, DVD, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, single car garage, on street parking available and 4 bicycles available for use during your stay.

Bedroom 1 - Queen Size bed with ensuite access to main bathroom as well as front deck

Bedroom 2 - 1x Tri-bunk double on bottom and single on top plus 1x Single Bunk bed

Please request the following items to hire prior to your stay

- A porta cot and high chair: no charge but you must supply your own linen for the portacot.

Linen and Towels

Guests are to provide their own linen and towels for the duration of their stay. This includes all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels. We will supply the pillows and doonas. Alternatively you can hire linen and towels for $40 per bed.

Pet Friendly

Please advise if you would like to bring your dog as we will only allow small to medium dogs and they must fit the following criteria: up to date with all the proper vaccinations and registrations. Strictly outdoors only, no dogs are to be brought inside the house at any time. Dogs are allowed to sleep inside the garage of an evening. Guests will need to bring their own dogs bedding, food and water bowls and be responsible for cleaning up after pets at all times. A $40 fee applies.

Security Deposit:

Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Supplies

We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.

Transport

Bus – It takes approximately 2 hours from Melbourne via V/Line

Location

Spend many enjoyable hours down the beach, take a cruise on the ferry to the Nobbies to see seals bathing in the sun or have a picnic at French Island. Wine and dine to your heart’s content. Get your active wear and make the most of the local Tennis courts, recreation ground and gymnasium only 200 metres away.

• Phillip Island Race Circuit Track: 7km/ 13 min drive

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Coastal Getaway! I have booked this property a number of times and have loved every stay! The property is in close proximity to both the beach and main strip of restaurants, shops etc though is just far enough away that you aren't bothered by noise during peak holiday periods. Ocean Whispers is always impeccably maintained and the beds are really comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Phillip Island!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent property Place was very clean, modern and fresh. High ceilings made the whole place feel really big and we had two families fitting very nice and easily! Layout is great and outdoor area was bigger than what we expected and was a great enclosed safe area. Great Location for price. Two blocks from front beach and playground. And about 4 blocks to shopping strip, although a little up hill but not too difficult.
