Consisting of a total of 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms this newly renovated property is truly unique.
The main house has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining, living with Foxtel basic package inc kids channels and sports package, bathroom/laundry and separate WC, covered deck with BBQ.
The self contained bungalow has a king size bed, single bed, en-suit, tea/coffee making facilities with kettle, toaster bar fridge and 28inch TV with DVD player. This can be hired for an additional $35 per night, however is included in the price for bookings during the Christmas holidays Dec 23 to Jan 21 and MotoGP, and Melb Cup Weekend
Plenty of room to park the boat, jet skies, bikes etc. There is a single car garage and single car carport all behind a fully fenced yard.
Tea, coffee, sugar and toilet paper starter kits are supplied. Depending on the length of your stay and the number of guests in your group you may need to top up also. There is a hair dryer for your use in the main bathroom.
Fully fenced this property is PET FRIENDLY - but please clean up after your pet before departure, there is a scooper available in the garage.
A few toys and games are available for your use. Puzzle, cards and some kids books in the house and boccie, quotes, mini golf clubs and mini soccer in the garage.

Linen packs can be hired for $10 per single bed and $20 per queen/king. This includes top/bottom sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, bath mat, hand towel and tea towels.

The Red Rocks area is a beautiful part of Cowes. We love this part of the island. It is quit and peaceful. The beaches are pristine and offer great swimming plus some interesting rock pools at low tide. It is half way between the most beautiful bay and surf beach. It offers excellent access to the Penguins, PI race track, golf, winery and Cowes town center.
This newly renovated home is built over one single level and only minutes to everything Phillip Island has to offer including beaches, penguins, GP track, Cafes, restaurants, wildlife park, golf and the chocolate factory

Woolworths online now deliver to Cowes 5 days a week, why not organise some groceries to be delivered when you arrive. Simply logon to get started.

DAMAGE - Breakages, Theft and Loss are the client's responsibility during the stay. Part or full of the security bond shall be revoked to cover such costs and expenses.
PERSONAL LOSS/INJURY/DAMAGE. It is recommended that the client take out travel insurance to provide protection against loss due to illness, injury, death, damage, loss or cancellation of tenancy.
RUBBISH – Prior to departure rubbish and recycling materials should be removed from the house and placed in the appropriate bins provided outside.
If you are staying at our property on a Wednesday please put the outside bins out the front curb side for collection early Thursday morning. These bins are provided for your uses however will only hold so much. Any excess rubbish or recycling material which does not fit into the council bins provided is the responsibility of the client and must be removed by the client accordingly. The bins lids MUST be able to close properly. If this is not done then rubbish and recycling material removal and tip fees will be charged.
