The house is a converted fisherman s cottage more than 75 years note it is not new but full of character and so close to the beach which is why we love it

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
Calendar & Pricing
Please note: If you are requesting a stay for Saturday & Sunday nights and the Friday night is available on the calendar then the tariff will be charged at the weekend rate.
The calendar is always accurate. If the days are not blocked out this generally means they are available, on certain occasions there may be a pending booking in the system that has not confirmed by means of a deposit or full payment.

Please note : If booking weeks/months in advance payment is required when initial booking is made. If this option is not suitable then a deposit is required and in peak times is non refundable if you decide to cancel and that time cannot be re-booked.
We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.
Weekend and Long weekend Stays may have a later checkout but must be confirmed with the property manager. Standard checkout is 10am.
