A fabulous family island getaway awaits you Nestled away in a peaceful pocket of the Whytesands Estate in Cowes is this lovely 3-bedroom family holiday home. Newly built, it sleeps up to 10 guests, making it a convenient arrangement for large families and could easily be divided up between 2 families of 4 or 5.
Inviting and modern, this lovely home has all the conveniences you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The 2 living areas are equipped with comfy couches, 2 televisions and DVD players.
You can cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, or why not enjoy the ocean breeze while having a barbeque dinner on the outdoor dining setting?
There’s plenty to keep the kids entertained too, including a cupboard containing games, books and dvds, a table tennis table, dart board and a Wii console – giving you that chance to kick back, relax and enjoy a well-earned break. The kids will also love the Whytesands community play area complete with a flying fox, basketball ring and soccer net, all within walking distance of the house. And they're welcome to use the bicycles in the garage.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and if you need to do laundry during your stay, there’s a fully-equipped laundry which includes a washer and dryer to save you a trip to the laundromat.
Bedroom configurations are as follows:
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom sleeps 2
• Bedroom 2: Double bed sleeps 2
• Bedroom 3: 4 single bunks sleeps 4
• Note: one of the living areas has a fold out double sofa bed sleeps 2
There is a split system to keep you cool on the warmer days and warm on the cooler days.
There’s also plenty of parking space up to 3 cars as you are welcome to use the double garage and driveway for parking great for MotoGP season.
Some things to note about the house: this house is newly built and the backyard is currently in the process of being landscaped, however, the outdoor entertaining area with barbeque and outdoor dining setting is complete and ready to use. One side of the property has yet to be fenced in as is situated next to a vacant block; you may find you appreciate this as it gives you that extra bit of space and privacy, but please be mindful if you have young children as one side of the backyard isn’t fenced in.
Check-in at 3pm and check-out at 10am.
BED LINEN: Please bring your own bed linen top and bottom sheets and pillow cases and bath towels. We do supply doonas, pillows, hand towels, foot towels and tea towels. We also offer a linen service for an extra fee.
PLEASE NOTE: We DO accept family groups and groups of people aged 25 years and over. We DO NOT accept schoolies groups.
RENTAL AGREEMENT & ID: To secure your booking, you will need to sign our Rental Agreement and supply us with your driver’s license within 48 hours of making your booking.
ABOUT WHYTESANDS ESTATE: located in Cowes, the Whytesands Estate is a new estate designed for family living. It has a community barbeque area, complete with basketball ring, soccer net and flying fox, which is within walking distance of this holiday house. Whytesands Estate is about a 5-minute drive to the main street of Cowes and the Cowes boat ramp/beach.
