We would like to offer, our privately owned and managed, modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, self contained Villa, located within the Ramada resort Cowes, at Phillip island. Whilst being a part of the beautiful Ramada resort, with full use of all resort facilities, we emphasize that we manage our Villa privately, in order to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. This enables us to cater for all our guest requirements, which can be arranged upon booking.
Our Villa features three Large bedrooms, all with TV's with dvd players, so the whole family can enjoy a movie in the bedroom, choosing from the dvd selection supplied with compliments. Accommodating 6 guests in total. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, and a full ensuite with robes to pack away your belongings for the duration of your stay. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, and Bedroom 3 also has two single beds . All bedrooms come supplied with all bed linen, and towels for use in the Villa only. Separate towels for use at the pools and beach will also be supplied for your convenience.
The living area in the Villa consists of large size 52" TV and dvd player with plenty of movies to choose from. Also cosy sofas and a dining table seating 6, a high chair is also provided for your use if required. The Kitchen is perfect for preparing for the whole family, plenty of cupboards and space, with all utensils crockery, pots and pans, it also includes a full size fridge oven with hot plates, tea and coffee making facilities as well as a coffee machine for your enjoyment, dishwasher and microwave. On the wall during the cooler months there is a wall heater, and you will be amazed how warm and cosy it makes the villa, it is set on a comfortable temperature, but feel free to adjust to your own liking. On the opposite wall there is an air conditioner split that is wonderful you keep you cool during our warmer months. We also offer free Wi-Fi for your convenience.
In the pantry you will find the basic condiments, coffee, tea, Milk, sugar, salt, pepper. All Supplied for you to enjoy during your stay. All you will need to do is a quick shop at Woolworths in Cowes to fill it up with your favourite goodies.
You will also find a basket on the fridge with a rug for your use if you wander down to the BBQ area or around the pool area to enjoy a picnic lunch, which also has an expansive grassy area for the kids to have a play, or to pack up and take a picnic to one of the many beautiful beaches in the area.
You will find two decks one on each side of the villa, deck North side consists of an outdoor setting with 6 chairs to dine outside for your enjoyment, South facing consists of a relaxed area with seating to enjoy some quiet time. Perfect for that evening cocktail.

As you drive into Ramada, you will see on your right, there is a restaurant that’s open for Breakfast on weekends from 8.30am to 10.30am, lunch on Wednesday to Sunday from 11am to 2pm,, and dinner Wednesday to Saturday from 5pm, to cater for your lazy days off from cooking, The Restaurant overlooks the swimming pools, also located in this area is a fitness centre with a lap pool, gym, spa and sauna, a Children's playground and games room. There are tennis courts also located in this area, you will find racquet's and balls supplied in your villa for some friendly family competition.
As you continue your drive around to your villa just take a slight detour, and you will see, “Yet” another fitness centre with gym, lap pool, spa, sauna, tennis courts and yes two more swimming pools, both recreation areas cater well for toddlers, and also have outdoor bbq’s and a nice grassy play area. Also offering 8km of walking or cycling tracks around the resort to get your daily exercise in, you may come across friendly fauna, water birds, wallabies etc., that you may see on your journey around the grounds.
So as you can see we offer a perfect holiday, for family’s, couples, and groups just wanting to make the most of what Phillip Island and the surrounding areas have to offer, with loads of cafes and restaurants, all of different cuisine to suit your individual taste. We have winery’s, chocolate factory’s, war museum, penguins. Koala bears, seals, local fresh produce, markets, quaint little shops, and one of the best scenic racetracks in the world, hosting the Motorcycle Grand Prix, muscle cars, and many other events including classic cars through out the year…..Phew…way to much to mention here.
You will find all this information in your booklet in the Villa, but its well worth making a stop at the Local Tourist centre as you drive onto the island, as there is so much more to offer.
