Located on 20 acres, I bought this property back in 2010 and with the assistance of family and friends built the house. The house took approximately 6 months to construct and has been designed to achieve a 6-Star energy rating.
A modern, large open plan living and kitchen area looks out over the picturesque view of the rolling green hills of South Gippsland and the distant view of Wilsons Prom over Corner Inlet.
Features of the house include double glazed windows, polished concrete flooring, external & internal wall insulation, cross flow ventilation, wood connara and solar powered hot water.
The property hosts a variety of local wildlife so keep an eye out for kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, wombats, echindnas and a pair of wedgetailed eagles to name a few.
As an arborist I have planted many different types of trees on the property. Hence the name of the property is derived from that of my favourite trees, The Coast & Giant Redwood’s of Northern California.
