37ripple is fully furnished with a newly renovated modern interior. It comfortably sleeps 7 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 light filled living areas and a large secure yard. This house is ideal for couples or families looking to unwind and relax in the beautiful beachside town of Inverloch.

Conveniently located, the house is just 250m from the beach, 450m from the Inverloch Life Saving Club and an easy 20 minute walk to the town centre which offers 2 pubs, cafe's, restaurants, weekend markets and parks. The property is in a leafy tree-lined street adjacent to parkland with abundant bird life and possible koala sightings. Quiet paths suitable for easy walks and bike-riding lead to the beach, local play grounds and magnificent look out points of the coastline.

This single-storey house has been recently modernised, is light and practical, with everything you need for an easy and pleasurable holiday. There are two bedrooms each with double beds and a double bunk in the third bedroom. It has a large modern kitchen, two open plan living areas and two bathrooms. Bathroom 1 is an ensuite to the master bedroom comprising a shower, sink and toilet and bathroom 2 includes a shower, full bathtub, sink and separate toilet.

For your indoor comfort and entertainment there are 2 flat screen TVs, each with DVDs and 1 split system air conditioner/heater in the family room, plus a wall heater in the master bedroom.

The kitchen has been recently updated with a new European oven/cooktop, and includes a dishwasher, microwave, family-sized fridge/freezer, in addition to all the necessary cookware, dinnerware, cutlery, drinking glasses, wine glasses and serving platters.

There is an outdoor setting for 8 and a modern under cover BBQ area in the large north-facing grassed backyard which is fully fenced for privacy, and secure for children and pets to play

A single lock-up garage and driveway provides off street parking for 2 cars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Year family holiday Jan 2015 2 adults; 1 x 11 year old 2 dogs allowed inside at all times. 2 weeks. Too good to be true? Not likely! What a lovely house, great location; less than 5 min walk to surf beach (with dogs). Great backyard - fully enclosed and undercover areas for dogs big enough for badminton!. 2 separate living areas, great kitchen. Couldn't ask for a better place for family break. Quiet. WiFi a real bonus. Thanks we will be back. Ian and family from Melbourne.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good location but lacking some basics Our recent stay at 37 ripple was adequate however there were several small things that could be improved to truly be a home away from home. Be prepared to bring EVERYTHING with you. I understand that linen and towels were not provided however there were no matches and no gas in lighter for the stove and not even a small UHT milk in the fridge. Despite the house being child friendly there were no toys. We went to the local op shop and spent $10 on some games and puzzles so a small toy box would be a cheap and welcome addition. The second queen room was disappointing, the bed frame was very squeaky and there was only one bedside table. There were no towel rails, toiletries or bins in the bathrooms. Overall we were slightly disappointed and felt like we were staying in an investment property rather than a valued guest in a holiday home. The house was in a great location very close to the beach, in a quiet street and the wifi was a bonus.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Location We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. It was a bonus that we were allowed to bring our house trained dog with us (which meant so much to us). He loved his morning and evening walk to the beach which is only a couple of blocks away. (Dogs only allowed before 9am & after 6pm on leash at this beach) . But there is also a lovely walk at the back of the property or around the quiet streets. We found it so peaceful, natural and unspoilt - all you hear is the sound of the waves as you drift off to sleep along with the numerous different bird calls in the morning. We would love to stay here again if we get the chance, mainly due to its great location and close proximity to the beach.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from beautiful 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home in quiet st. walk to surf beach or short drive to 2 bay beaches/ shops. 2 adults each with own bedroom and ensuite. 2 lounges ( only needed 1!) indoors areas and outdoors areas great. great walks to all the rugged beaches and rock platforms along cape Patterson rd. would highly recommend this spacious, lovely house. new cobbled street in new area in great location.
