Rated 3 out of 5 by from Initial disappointment On check in we were greeted to an un flushed toilet with faeces, filthy floors, broken glass pieces & a very miskept courtyard. Kitchen drawers had a general level of uncleanliness. A huge disappointment after looking so forward to our family break & paying such a premium price. On a positive note the location of the property is its best feature. The real estate agents were quick to call in maintenance, gardeners & cleaners after raising our concerns. However, these issues should have been attended to well before we as paying guests arrived. Other problems arose through the stay, the ensuite shower plug hole was blocked making this shower unusable. Furthermore the air conditioner in the lounge area started to leak, leaving us to place a bucket under the unit whilst in use. We have since arrived home & are yet to hear anything from the owners of the property in regards to any form of compensation for the inconvenience caused. Very disappointing. As mentioned earlier the location of the property was the only saving grace, we would otherwise not recommended the property to fellow guests. Overpriced for the level of comfort & service you will receive.
