Downstairs is the entry, double garage with automatic door, 2 bedrooms each with a bunk and trundle bed, 3rd bedroom with queen bed and all bedrooms have built in robes. Also downstairs is a toilet, bathroom with bath and shower and the laundry. Both bunk rooms have TV's, DVD players and one also has a Wii so the kids will have plenty of space to themselves.
Upstairs consists of the open plan living, dining & kitchen with floor to ceiling sliding doors leading out to the wrap-around balcony to fully capture the views over the ocean. Also upstairs is a toilet, powder room, and the master bedroom queen bed with ensuite.
The bbq is located on the rear deck and the rear yard is fully fenced with a clothes line dryer in the garage.
Only a 5 minute drive away is San Remo, the gateway to Phillip Island and all the attrations the Island has to offer. Visit the Penguin Parade, Seal Rocks, the GP track, Koala and other Wildlife parks, A'Maze'n'Things and many more. Not only that but all of the great surfing and swimming beaches are all at your doorstep.
Only 10 mins drive in the other direction is the shopping centre of Wonthaggi which has Coles, Woolworths, Big W, Target plus plenty more shops to browse. Another 10 mins further on is the beautiful town of Inverloch with it's great surf beach, inlet beach, sailing, fishing and cute shops.
Don't forget, Kilcunda itself is also a fishing mecca, with some of the best surf fishing spots in Victoria. The Killy pub is a local institution and the Kilcunda General Store is not to be missed for great meals, coffee and cake.
Head inland to visit some great wineries and restaurants such as Archies on the Creek.
