Outlook Escape is a modern beach house conveniently located in Cowes Red Rocks. Walking distance to Red Rocks beach & a short drive to Cowes central.

The house features 3 generous size bedrooms + rumpus which can convert to private 4th Bedroom which has a double fold out divan bed. One large bathroom with bath and separate shower. The bathroom is accessed from the master bedroom and also from hall way. There is also a separate large powder room with large vanity, and separate toilet.

The main living area is a large open modern space featuring a generous sized lounge with flat screen TV, large kitchen & dining area 8 seat table. Split system air conditioning/heating. The rumpus room perfect as a children's retreat or quiet nook is also accessed from the main living area and opens out onto the outdoor decking through large French doors.

The kitchen is a chef's dream and is certainly the central hub of the home. Providing ample bench space with 5 breakfast stools for lighter meals, an abundance of space, under bench oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle & coffee machine.

The rear side of the property is accessed from the main living area and also from the rumpus room large french doors, it offers a generous sized undercover outdoor deck with outdoor cafe blinds, outdoor hot & cold shower, table & chairs along with 2 sunlounge chairs with pergola sail rear.

Large laundry with washing machine, basin and separate toilet.

Double carport, fully fenced and secure yard.

Basic condiments provided, eg espresso coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper


No bed linen provided ie sheets or pillow cases.

No towels bathroom or beach provided.

Covered Doonas, blankets and pillows ARE provided.

Full linen packs are available on request and will be supplied by Phillip Island Linen Company. extra charge.

There is a porta-cot and high chair at the property available for your use.


STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. With the exception of children accompanied by parents

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.




PETS: ?Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are to be left strictly outside only, if the cleaner finds evidence that pets have been inside hair, there will be an extra cleaning charge. please ignore this if you have not organised to bring your dog.

Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.

If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider ?leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.


Calendar & Pricing

Please note: If you are requesting a stay for Saturday & Sunday nights and the Friday night is available on the calendar then the tariff will be charged at the weekend rate.

Please note: the minimum cost for a two night stay even during low season throughout the year is $500.

The calendar is always accurate. If the days are not blocked out this generally means they are available, on certain occasions there may be a pending booking in the system that has not confirmed by means of a deposit or full payment.

Please refer to the rate column style pricing below as it is 100 accurate. Also please note that depending on your date selection at certain times of year there may be cheaper rates available so please send an enquiry email even if it appears out of your budget price.

Please note : If booking weeks/months in advance payment is required when initial booking is made. If this option is not suitable then a deposit is required and in peak times is non refundable if you decide to cancel and that time cannot be re-booked.

We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.

Weekend and Long weekend Stays may have a later checkout but must be confirmed with the property manager. Standard checkout is 10am.

A lovely quiet spot within a short drive of everything we needed, we returned home, feeling refreshed and relaxed. We loved the style, cleanliness and light of this beautifully presented premises- clearly much loved by the owners. There is plenty of room to spread out, the bed was so comfortable and we can't wait to return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Relaxing escape We loved our time at outlook escape. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The rooms are all very large and the owner have gone out of their way to provide a quality home. We loved the open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge area and enjoyed the air con on a few of the really hot days. The deck area was a great area to relax on and we enjoyed the sun loungers. The kitchen is well set up with everything you need and more and all very good quality equipment.the bedrooms are large and comfortable with plenty of storage. We felt very at home and didn't want to leave. The red rocks area is quite and the beach is great. We have stayed in many properties in Phillip Island and this has been the best. Mauro the agent was a pleasure to deal with , we are happy to recommend this property

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing holiday house! Such a beautiful holiday house. Very spacious house, set up with everything you could possibly need for a few days away (they've literally thought of everything!), and just a short walk from the stunning Red Rocks Beach.
