As you pass the sign to the fishing hamlet of San Remo, the apartment is situated next door to the police station on the right. Luxuriously appointed throughout, this stunning fully self-contained 2 bedroom apartment, with northerly orientation, offers breathtaking, uninterrupted & panoramic bay views

With doubled glazed windows, wide covered timber deck, extended viewing sun deck, stone bench tops & retractable stacking doors, this superb, single story apartment, on its own block, enjoys expansive water views & island views from inside & out. Fully fenced & gated the property has a delightful lawned area with a garden where the local birds come to visit.

All modern conveniences, including airconditioning/heating, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven and Nespresso machine. Full cooking facilities with all crockery, glasses & cutlery supplied.

Bedding configuration is queen size bed in main bedroom & 2 singles in second bedroom. The sparkling fully tiled bathroom features a hand held shower rail, hair dryer & heat lamp. All linen, blankets & towels are provided as well as boutique amenities.

There is an outdoor kitchen complete with sink, BBQ & drinks fridge and a picnic bench on the covered deck to enjoy meals and take in the breathtaking views. Or dine inside on the delightful dining table made from recycled elm wood.

Snuggle up on the leather couch in front of the woodheater with a glass of red on those chilly nights or for a romantic Winter getaway. Firewood is supplied. Enjoy a movie on the large flat screen TV with DVD player.

Off street car parking for 2-3 cars &/or a boat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazingggg!!! I have been to a few getaway places across Vixtoria and this is by far the best experience my wife and I have had. The view is breathtaking, even better than photos, the apartment is extremely clean and tidy, furniture is hip and comfortable, all in all a great vibe Highly recommended!!!
