You will be close to the beach access, General Store and Cafe in this well set up property. The lounge, dining and kitchen area are open plan and ideal for the family to be all together. The kitchen has electric cooking, microwave and a family size fridge. The lounge and dining area are comfortably furnished. A TV and DVD player are included. Heating is either by a wood fired pot belly stove or the reverse cycle air conditioner, this can be also used for cooling. You need to supply your own wood for the pot belly stove and it will only take small pieces of wood. Bedroom one has a queen bed and its own TV. Bedroom two has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top and a single bed whilst bedroom three is small and has a single bed. Doonas and pillows are provided however you will need to supply sheets, doona covers, pillow cases and towels. The house sleeps 7 overall.
The bathroom has a shower only and the toilet is separate. The laundry has an auto washer and dryer. There is a gas BBQ on the front deck and parking is available.
THIS HOME IS SUPPLIED BY TANK WATER AND WASTE IS HANDLED BY A SEPTIC SYSTEM. FOR THIS REASON THERE ARE LIMITATIONS ON THE FACILITIES AND IT IS REQUESTED THAT THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF GUESTS ALLOWED IS DETERMINED BY THE SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED. IT IS NOT PERMISSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL GUESTS TO BE HOUSED IN TENTS, CARAVANS ETC. YOUR ASSISTANCE IN ADHERING TO THIS REQUEST WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
