Description

This is a fantastic liveable holiday home and unlike most properties at Sandy Point is complemented by an equally fabulous garden covering two blocks.

The front door opens into a huge light and airy family and dining room, the large windows look onto the surrounding garden with no other properties being visible making you feel as though you are not on the typical suburban block.

The entire living area is very tastefully furnished. The dining table seats six comfortably. The couches surround a wood fired heater should the weather turn a little chilly. To compliment this there is a reverse cycle air conditioner which comfortably heats and cools the entire house. For entertainment there is a colour TV with a DVD and VCR as well as a stereo/CD with iPod/iPhone dock.

The superbly appointed kitchen overlooks the lounge area. The cooking is electric with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge and as a bonus a coffee machine.

There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom and second bedroom have Queen beds, whilst the third bedroom has a set of bunks with a trundle bed underneath. An additional single mattress is also available. All bedrooms have built in robes. A Portacot and high chair are provided if required.

The bathroom has a large glass shower recess, toilet and vanity with a second separate toilet off the laundry. The laundry has a front load washing machine and dryer. A clothes line and pegs are available in the backyard.

A gas BBQ and outdoor setting is provided in the superb garden setting.

A double garage is available for your use.

There are also 2 x kids bikes and 2 x adult bikes available for your use + a range of toys, board games and books to make your next holiday a truly relaxing experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quintessential Aussie beach holiday We loved our stay at The Boulevard. The house had everything we needed, including dishwasher, coffee machine and air con. The gardens were beautiful & private, great for relaxing when too windy or cold for the beach. The beach was only a 3 minute walk away. Suzie was very helpful, always answering any questions we had.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect family holiday house We had two families staying for several days and it was perfect. Plenty of room for kids to play in one area and adults in the other. Lovely gardens surrounding the house and a short walk everywhere. We'll be back.
