Great house in any season. Experience the amazing .comfort and quietness 6 star energy rated, pet friendly three bedroom family home, 5 mins walk to the magnificent Waratah bay beach and general store, tennis courts, 5 minutes drive to Shallow Inlet, 30 mins drive to Wilson's Prom National Park. Full sized above ground Trampoline, padded but no netting. Highest level BAL FZ bushfire rated. Bright open plan living/dining/kitchen with reverse cycle air conditioner and woodheater. Large covered decks with wonderful hot outside shower for beach goers and windsurfers/kiters etc, room to park a boat. House designed to comfortably accommodate two families. Well equipped kitchen has fridge, small dishwasher, additional under bench freezer, oven with separate grill, microwave, sandwich maker, bread maker, crepe maker etc, to make for happy chefs Small Electric BBQ and classic Webber BBQ available BYO HeatBeads. TV and DVD players in both lounge and separate kids space. Two adult bedrooms with queen sized beds plus a kids' bedroom with 2 bunks, a single bed, extra mattresses. Comfortable fold out settee beds in lounge and kids' space. Summer and winter doonas and pillows provided BYO linen. Has separate unique 5 WC, bathroom with bath/shower and toilet, and laundry with washing machine. Well fenced to keep dogs in. Eco features include passive solar design, thick double glazed windows and doors, rooftop solar, heat pump hot water and a very large bladder water tank under house, 5 star WC, solid bamboo floor, and ceiling fans throughout. Hard wired fire alarms in all rooms. Good house to try out if you are thinking of doing energy efficient building or renovating Proudly built by Holmesglen TAFE trades apprentices, transported in two parts and installed onto site in Dec 2009. No smoking inside, wet shoes/feet on the bamboo floor or pets on furniture please.
