Positioned on a spacious 650 sqm block dotted with native trees, the house has just been fully renovated. The 2 bedrooms are generous and accommodate up to 6 people, with the master having 1 queen bed, and the second bedroom 1 double bed and 1 set of bunks all with commercial mattresses.
Clients are required to provide their own linen which consists of top and bottom sheets, pillow case covers, towels, bath mat, and tea towels.
The property is fully fenced and secure and is ideal for the kids and pets to run around in, when not at the beach.
Sliding glass doors overlook the rear garden, bringing the outdoors right inside.
The open-plan kitchen/lounge area is bathed in sunlight during the daytime and opens onto a deck, with views over the garden and sand dunes.
The deck is equipped with and outdoor setting for 6 and BBQ area. The lounge is complete with comfortable lounges, TV, video/DVD and CD player.
Just 100 metres up the road is a fully licensed General Store and Cafe and Mini Golf. The Surf Life Club and patrolled beach giving you the rested and safe swimming beach for all the family.
A bond of $300.00 is payable when making your deposit. Bond is returned to you four days after your departure upon cleaners inspection report.
Longer stays attract larger bond.
We allow dogs at a one off $75 fee per pet. You need to advise us if your dog is holidaying with you.
PARKING FOR CARS ONLY. WE DO NOT ALLOW BOATS.
There is parking for cars only. There is no parking available or suitable for Boats.
We do not allow clients to bring Boats to this property. If this is disrespected it will result in loss of full bond.
TENTS are not permitted on the property, or any pegs in the ground of any sort. The property has a septic irrigation system on all lawns and garden beds. Any damages to the septic irrigation will be repaired by Taylex Systems and charged to the tenant.
Any additional cleaning costs or damage will be deducted from the Bond.
