Caravelle outlooks the Traralgon CBD and is a short walk to the retail centre, restaurants and pubs.
A much loved family home for many years Caravelle, similar to its sister property, Loch Park has been extensively renovated and tastefully fitted to meet today’s modern standards.
The ground level is made up of living space with a study or fourth bedroom. A modern open plan kitchen and living area opens onto a enclosed outdoor dining space with BBQ to the North and a front terrace to the East. To the South side of the property is a more quiet formal lounge and dining room. The laundry and toilet are situated on this level. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and an open study space. The master room is huge and airy with both Easterly and Westerly views. This room benefits from its own ensuite and reverse cycle air conditioner.
Caravelle is equally suitable for use of 1 or 4 bedroom accommodation and is an ideal home away from home for those who might be visiting family yet seek their own space, or a professional person who is looking for something more than a serviced apartment or motel be it for 2 nights or 2 months.
Caravelle benefits from warm crete heating in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. I loved this house from the moment I walked in. It is light, warm and inviting. It occupies one of Traralgon’s premier sites. Single guests should no hesitation staying here either as the layout is quite flexible and sometimes it is nice to just enjoy a bit of space when it is available.
