Originally built as a manager's residence for Australian Paper, Loch Park has since been extensively renovated and now includes an architecturally designed extension to the front of the home.
Loch Park comprises 2 living areas, a dining room, modern kitchen (microwave and 90cm ILVE oven), laundry (washing machine and dryer), 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and pleasant paved outdoor garden living spaces. The rooms all enjoy a calming garden aspect. The home is also centrally heated and there is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the second living area.
Loch Park can be taken as a 1 bedroom property, surpassed by none locally, or opened out to include an additional 3 bedrooms and bathroom. The fourth smaller bedroom is also colourful and child friendly.
In the theme of its sister property, Caravelle (both within walking distance to the Traralgon town centre), our focus is to offer guests a working home fully equipped to enable a seamless transition from your own home to here without needing to bring much more than a small suitcase. Quality furniture, a gourmet kitchen, quality linen and basic grocery supplies including fresh bread, butter, milk ground coffee and leaf tea await your arrival.
In between guests we occasionally stay at Loch Park to safeguard the unique home environment we require the property to deliver.
Loch Park is presented fully cleaned and laundered and cleaned again upon exit. Additional services may be organized at additional cost.
