A left hand turn off the Princes Highway 1.5 hours from Melbourne will deliver you to Loch Park.

Originally built as a manager's residence for Australian Paper, Loch Park has since been extensively renovated and now includes an architecturally designed extension to the front of the home.

Loch Park comprises 2 living areas, a dining room, modern kitchen microwave and 90cm ILVE oven, laundry washing machine and dryer, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and pleasant paved outdoor garden living spaces. The rooms all enjoy a calming garden aspect. The home is also centrally heated and there is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the second living area.

Loch Park can be taken as a 1 bedroom property, surpassed by none locally, or opened out to include an additional 3 bedrooms and bathroom. The fourth smaller bedroom is also colourful and child friendly.

In the theme of its sister property, Caravelle both within walking distance to the Traralgon town centre, our focus is to offer guests a working home fully equipped to enable a seamless transition from your own home to here without needing to bring much more than a small suitcase. Quality furniture, a gourmet kitchen, quality linen and basic grocery supplies including fresh bread, butter, milk ground coffee and leaf tea await your arrival.

In between guests we occasionally stay at Loch Park to safeguard the unique home environment we require the property to deliver.

Loch Park is presented fully cleaned and laundered and cleaned again upon exit. Additional services may be organized at additional cost.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful yet again! We booked our visit to Loch Park the minute we knew we were returning to its locality as it is a gem not to be missed. The beautiful furniture, lovely surroundings and nearby shops, spacious bedrooms and two living rooms were all calling us back again! The laundry got a workout each day as we were in town for a weeklong sporting event, however I could wash at midnight and not disturb any trying to sleep and the underfloor heating kept us lovely and warm and dried the washing and sporting equipment as an added bonus. Can't recommend it highly enough. Absolutely a home away from home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect week-long stay The perfect base for our week-long stay for the Eisteddfod. Central, quiet location enabled us to walk to town centre, shops and restaurants. Very well-equipped property- kitchen exceptional, DVDs, books and even chocolates on arrival! Beautifully furnished. Even enough living area for my daughter to practise dance! Hope it will be available next time we are in Traralgon!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A family home away from home. Beautifully renovated and equipped property in a convenient and quiet location. A 2 car garage with a remote controlled roller door was useful. The kitchen was well equipped, with a good quality BBQ. The garden had fruiting citrus trees to enjoy. Overall a fantastic experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Property My adult children and I had to be in Traralgon for a few days and I wanted us all together. The house was absolutely perfect with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We appreciated the all the little extra's provided as it made everything so much easier, it felt like staying in a home but better! Great location as all our other families were nearby. Tranquil garden areas and the central heating was most welcome given the chilly weather. Thank you Rachel!

Loch Park is wonderfully appointed, with absolutely everything you could want for a comfortable and practical holiday; the furniture, appliances and homewares were of the highest quality. We were greeted with flowers, chocolates, bread, milk and personalised note. Our two families (with 3 children) had everything we needed to make the stay easy; from toys to high chair, baby baths and portacot. Linen was provided, which was such a relief (who wants to be making beds upon arrival and doing laundry after a holiday?) Thanks so much, Rachael for making our trip so enjoyable and for catering to our needs to graciously. We'll be back!
