Strictly no parties and no more than 14 guests to be at the property at any time.

The property is fully self-contained, doonas with covers and pillows are provided, however, you are required to bring your own top/bottom sheets, pillow slips, towels and bath mats, or you can hire these for an extra charge.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply.

It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. Please provide ages upon booking request.

You will be required to sign Terms & Conditions and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival/on check in.

All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

Cancellation- If cancellation is caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period.No refunds will be made for early departure/cancellation or refusal to stay at a booked property 30 days prior to the date booked.

All keys may be picked up and must be returned to our office at 60 Thompson Avenue, Cowes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing We booked the Islander for our Easter break for 12 adults. We didn’t mind that it’s out of town. We liked that it was secluded- felt like we were in the country. It’s absolutely amazing and has so many great options to keep adults busy including darts, table tennis, pool table, spa and pool. We will definitely be re booking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dream House From the time we drove into the property we were blown away, once we entered the house we were all amazed and couldn't believe how beautiful and stunning this house is. The owner of this property has put a lot of detail and attention into making this house the perfect getaway. We have stayed in a lot of holiday houses but none have measured up to this standard at all. From the pool table, the spa outside, the games room with a table tennis and gym, to the lagoon pool, the open kitchen and lounging areas even the beds were divine to sleep on. The house was spotless and clean, loved all the views from every inch of the house. The kids had the time of their lives swimming, playing cricket outside the front lawn with a cricket patch area purposes made. The beach wasn't far at all which is absolutely beautiful also 10-15 mins away from cowes. Everything about this property is amazing and we can't wait to visit again. Thank you to First National Real Estate for the great service and to the owner Luke for having us and to experience this beautiful property we had the best weekend away by far.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Amazing House but lacked cleanliness We loved our stay at this beautiful house. Unique home with lots of fabulous features including a great pool, large yard, hot tub, spacious rooms and games for the kids. However for the price there were several let downs which could have been avoided and overcome had the property been given a little more tlc. The house is pretty much in the middle of nowhere so a decent trek back to Cowes for supplies. Nice beach for rock pool rambles close by. The negatives.....We had to provide all linen including sheets, towels, tea towels and bathmats (this was indicated prior to booking) however it would have been nice not to lug these with us for a party of 13 people. Cleanliness was questionable including dead bugs on windowsills, cigarette butts by the pool, doona covers which had recent unwashed stains and fur on them that had to be washed prior to use and made us question the overall cleanliness of the bed linen, Empty soap dispensers, no kindling or firelighters for the lovely fire etc. Given the price point we hoped for more. Fortunately this is a great property which could have a 5 star rating with some extra effort. Hopefully the next guest will reap the benefit of this review.
