Description
Huge, spacious and roomy are just a few words that sum up this expansive beach house. This is the one you have been looking for
Downstairs is a huge area with open plan living incorporating kitchen and family room, a little further along is the separate chill out area with 2 comfy armchairs, books and games. Toilet, laundry, bathroom. The 2nd large family area consists of large screen TV, a second Air con, big sofa and room to move so there`s plenty of space for the kids to play, and table tennis.
Upstairs is the parents retreat with 2 bedrooms, sun room with tv and wii, with deck and bathroom.Please see bedding configuration below as you will need to supply your own linen. We are well situated and within easy walking distance to Venus Bay Village and the patrolled surf beach.
This is not a party house but rather and extensive floor plan perfectly suited to 2 families or an extended family celebration.
