Newly built modern spacious holiday home.
Within a few minutes walk to the local shops and Beach No's 1 & 2 beach 1 is the patrolled beach over Summer season.
Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, out looking to a lovely deck/bbq area with spacious yard. There is a split system for heating and cooling. There is a wood heater, with fire wood onsite.
Kitchen has a fridge, oven, electric cooktop, microwave, Aldi coffee pod machine, toaster, dishwasher, plates, drinking glasses and cooking utensils.
Dining has a six seater table, and a high chair.
- Master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, and an Ensuite.
- 2nd bedroom has a Double sized bed, and a baby cot.
- 3rd bedroom has 1 x Bunk bed with 2 singles and 1 x Single bed.
Bring your own linen - doona covers, pillow cases, fitted sheets, towels and toiletries pillows and doonas are supplied.
Please note that there is a 2 night minimum stay at all times of the year.
Please note that we do not take Schoolies or Party Groups. Strictly No Smoking in the house.
Please note that we do not permit outdoor campfires on our property outdoor fire drums are not permitted either - tenants found having camp fires will be evicted.
Guests must leave the property in a Clean and Tidy condition.
Local Venus Bay shops include - The General Store includes a bottle shop and takeaway sandwich's/hot foods, 4Shore Pizza & Pasta, Venus Bay Pharmacy, The Cavity licensed café & live music, Rod Bending's World of Fishing & Beach Stuff, Agapi Fish & Chips, Alex Scott Real Estate and PBE Real Estate. Also a short 5 minute drive to Tarwin Lower IGA and Australia Post.
