Bushman's Clock is surrounded by farmland at Walkerville North, directly adjacent to Cape Liptrap Coastal Reserve. It is located between North Walkerville beach, 6 kilometres to the south and the picturesque village of Fish Creek 15 kilometres to the north. Wilsons Promontory National Park is 25 minutes away.
The gravel driveway winds through an Australian bush garden to the 1970's brick farm house and the weather board cottage nearby. There is a carport and surrounding verandah which ensure you stay protected whatever the weather.
The three-bedroom house has a new kitchen, with great cooking facilities:- 900mm La Germana cooker with wok burner, microwave, cappuccino machine and coffee plunger.
On a clear day there are glimpses of Wilsons Promontory over the treetops towards Bass Straite from the living room.
Special features include a wood heater with lots of wood supplied for a cosy fire and a split system heater/air-conditioner to keep you cool.

From the sheltered courtyard where you can enjoy a BBQ there is a lovely view towards Anderson Inlet. Looking out from the main bedroom you will see wind turbines marching across the low-lying hills to the east and west, appearing and disappearing with the changing light of day and moods of the weather.
Pathways meander through the glorious 10 acres of bush to viewing points and open meadows with drifts of native orchids which provide lovely spots for the perfect picnic.
Wildlife abounds here and most days you will see some of it about the place. In the morning and late afternoon you will hear the kookaburras laughing the bushman's clock to remind you it's time for tea.
The beautiful beaches of Walkerville North and South and Waratah Bay are not very far away, but once you've settled in at Bushman's Clock you won’t ever want to leave.
