The main house offers two delightful bedrooms complete with reverse cycle air conditioners, both with full ensuites (one with an original claw bath) two guest sitting areas, a library, two open fires and a great woodheater in the Family/Breakfast area, a formal dining room, extensive outside decking complete with outdoor cooking facilities including a BBQ and an authentic Italian Pizza oven.
Our Cottage is a gem. The original cream room of the dairy, it has full ensuite, queen sized bed, wood fire, air conditioning, TV, disc player, DVD and an undercover BBQ area. So quiet and so different you could be anywhere.
A comprehensive continental breakfast is included in the tariff for both Cottage and House guests
with the option of a fully cooked traditional breakfast at an additional cost.

Nickelby at Darnum Alpacas and Clearly Delicious preserves at Lillico are a must.
Warragul and Yarragon are within10 minutes drive and offers many antique and craft shops and superb dining experiences, Major supermarkets, medical and dental facilities are available in Warragul as are the majority of Church services.
