BINYARA has views which match the great ocean road. This little unknown area "Cape Liptrap" has Victorias best ocean views simply stunning and spectacular. BINYARA is sheltered in the bush near the most southern point of Victoria. Set on 160 acres only 1 km away from Waratah bay with spectacular views of the southern ocean, Wilson Promontory and the many islands scattered off the end of Wilsons Promontory.

Binyara is a magnificent house in a sensational location with stunning views. The big open plan (new kitchen) living area has a big Smeg oven with stone bench tops and floor to ceiling ocean views. The large master bedroom has its own bathroom, spa bath and floor to ceiling ocean views. Total of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms 2 big open plan living areas, sauna, plus outside BBQ entertaining area (sleeps 10-12). Binyara is a great house for that special family get together or short break, romantic get away or catch up with friends. All clean and new beds, linen, kitchen wear

Outside there is lots of room to park, endless space to play cricket, ride your bike and run. Great bush walks through the untouched bush with tree ferns, creeks and endless wild life. In winter crank up the fire, pour a glass of red and cook up a feast as you watch the ever changing ocean and sky line. During summer slip down to Walkerville South to Victoria’s best beach. The area is scattered with great ocean walks. This is truly private and spectacular location.

This is a magic spot to get away from it all and a great base to explore the region, including Walkerville, Cape Liptrap and Wilsons Prom. Bear gully beach is 1 km away with one of Victoria’s best walks heading back to Walkerville South and Cape Liptrap Light house.

The Magic Beach at Walkerville South was nominated Victoria’s best beach and is only 3 km away. This very sheltered beach is out of the wind and perfect for swimming, canoeing, water skiing, diving, fishing and much more.

Binyara is located on Bear Gully Rd just 3 km from Walkerville South, 185 km south east of Melbourne and approximately 2 hrs drive. It is one of the most southern properties on the Australian Mainland so the air is very clean as it comes from Bass Straight and below.

Take the South Gippsland Highway via Cranbourne to Korumburra, Leongatha and then turn 5km after Koonwarra to Tarwin Lower C443, At Tarwin Lower turn left to Walkerville until you come to the cape Liptrap Walkerville South rd, take this and follow it towards Walkerville South you will travel a few km and come across Bear Gully rd,

The house has a large open plan kitchen living area with windows all around looking over the Prom, Bass Straight, cattle grazing, and natural bush and wildlife with doors spilling out to a large lawn and many acres to walk, ride a bike or enjoy the solitude. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and views. (2xTV, DVD, CD), potbelly wood fire. The 5 bedrooms (1King) (1 x Queen) (2 x 2 singles) (2 x singles) all serviced by 3 bathrooms. Laundry with washing machine, sink outside cloth line.

Cape Liptrap Corriedale is at Walkerville South in South Gippsland, the ocean is on 3 sides of the property and we are 2km off being the most Southern free hold farm in mainland Australia. The Corriedale is slow growing, the flavour and texture is very good as lamb or hogget.

We haven’t used chemicals on the pastures or on the sheep; we have healthy soils with active worms and microbes giving us healthy grass. The air and rain is straight off the southern ocean and is a clean as can be. We are farming sustainably maintaining 30% of the property with natural bush unchanged for 40,000 years. The lambs are handled stress free and delivered by me direct to Radford’s family Abattoir and butcher shop at Warragul supporting small rural Australian family communities. The lamb is genuinely very good and we are getting many repeat customers and at $12 kg it certainly is great value for great quality.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Large Spacius Property View was lovely and we had a great time. However the property was a bit bare and unwelcoming. Many sparse walls and felt a bit unlived in. It was also a bit on the cold side with just one pot belly wood stove and one bar heater for the whole house. Which is very large. Although using the sauna helped matters and the sauna was a definitely hit!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great place to stay! Peaceful, quiet and open plan allows you to enjoy the space however you like! Turn up the music or enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings. The seclusion is a great asset to the property, just a wonderful place to be in! We had 12 adults live comfortably in a house fully equipped with all the appliances utensils etc...you could think of needing on a holiday retreat that has no shops nearby. Comfy clean beds too! Walkerville beach also amazing and well worth the effort.Richard (owner) is a very easy bloke to deal with too���Highly recommended for big groups!
