This comfortable relaxed beach house is located on a large block on a private road and is five minutes walk to the magnificent surf beach. Sit back on the verandah and watch sunrises and sunsets with nothing but the sound of birds and waves.
Plenty of room to park the car and boat, even enough room for a game of cricket!
Comfortable, simple house that has 3 bedrooms, one queen bed, one double bed and one room that sleeps 4 in two sets of bunks.
Enjoy a cuppa on the front verandah in the morning sun, and at the end of the day sit back and relax with views of the Strezlecki ranges from the back verandah. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident koala who lives at the back of the property.
With a gas BBQ and fridge on the back verandah, the house is ideal for outside entertaining. During the colder months we provide wood for the Coonara woodfire so sit back in the comfy recliners and read a book or newspaper in front of the fire.
Close to the beach for swimming, surfing and bogie boarding (patrolled in the summer months), and surf fishing. Boat ramp access is at nearby McLoughlins beach. A short drive to historic Port Albert (with its famous fish and chips), Yarram, with its cafes and galleries, and the beautiful Tarra Bulga National Park.
Basic supplies are available at the nearby caravan park kiosk. Woodside township is 10km's away, with a petrol station and pub. Yarram is the nearest town for supermarkets etc (30kms).
If you have children staying with you, we will provide use of buckets, spades etc for the beach.
Bed linen provided. Please bring your own towels.
