Lascelles is keyless, so this means check in is a self serve process. Access is via an electronic key pin pad and by entering the 4 digit pin number sent by SMS on the day of your arrival usually sent after 10am. This is when the previous guest has left and the cleaner has started re-setting the property ready for your stay. Check in is normally from 1pm.
Off street car parking is located at the rear of the property, but usually there is an abundance of spaces at the front of the house especially in the weekends.
Lascelles is located in an established area of grand Victorian homes. Australian Terrace Houses website lists Lascelles Ballarat as one of the two most impressive two storey terrace homes in Ballarat.

The terrace is located in a residential area so noise must be kept to a minimum. Any entertaining in the back outdoor garden area must cease by 11.30pm.
This listing welcomes house trained pets ideally hypoallergenic of most sizes and breeds. At time of booking please advise that pets will be accompanying you on your trip. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Please pick up after your pet and dispose in the green rubbish bins located at either the front or back of the property.
Smoking is permitted outside in the back garden or on the balconies. Please ensure butts are disposed in a responsible manner. i.e. not in the garden beds or in any pot plants.
We will reconfirm the number of guests and the number of beds that will need to be set up prior to your arrival as we understand that guest numbers can change. If more beds have been used or there have been more guests staying that at time of booking, additional charges will be added after check out stage.
