Bifold doors open onto the courtyard with BBQ and lawned garden, a perfect spot to relax with a glass of local wine. Guests are welcome to use herbs and veggies from the cooks garden when in season.
The generous master bedroom boasts a four poster king size bed, designed and forged by blacksmith Greg Zwar. The 2 other bedrooms have a queen size bed and a double bed with an additional trundle or fold out bed. All beds have electric blankets.
The bathroom is sun-filled and spacious with a second shower and toilet located in the laundry.
Four pushbikes and helmets are available at no extra cost if exploring Ballarat by bike is your thing.

Ballarat Base and St. John of God Hospital are an easy 5 minute walk, Ballarat train station a 10 minute walk and city centre - 15 minutes.
