'Raglan Terrace'' is a beautiful example of some of Ballarat's outstanding heritage homes. This beautiful updated home was built in the 1880’s. It sits on bluestone foundations and is double red brick, some of the original slate roof also remains.
It's a fully self contained Victorian in the heart of the city making it the perfect place to stay for either a little get away or for business. Large enough for families to enjoy but perfectly suited to singles or couples also.
Ballarat's Fine Art Gallery, Her Majesty's Theatre, shopping and many cafes and restaurants are extremely close by, no need to worry about parking. Lake Wendouree and hospitals are also within walking distance. A short 5 minute drive to Ballarat's acclaimed Sovereign Hill any many other local attractions. Only houses away from the Gordon's Memorial bronze horse statue and many other sculptures and monuments along the Sturt Street Gardens.

Three bedrooms, two having queen size beds and a single daybed one with a trundle, the third has a double bed and a set of bunks. Queen and double beds have electric blankets fitted in the cooler months. There is a portable cot also available. Large light filled bathroom upstairs and a second smaller bathroon downstairs. Open kitchen and living leading straight onto the deck at the rear of the home with BBQ and undercover entertaining area.
