Ballarat Vacation Accommodation is fully appointed with most modern conveniences including heaters in every room and a gas fire in the lounge. It has an enclosed back yard for your pets and they are welcome inside. There are three large comfy couches in in the lounge room and a dining area in the kitchen.
There are three bedrooms:
Main bedroom - Queen size bed.
Second bedroom - Queen size bed.
Third bedroom – Bunks for four people
Lounge room - Double sofa bed.
There are extra mattresses under the beds in the bunk room and extra blankets and doonas if you want to add a couple of more people.
Ballarat Vacation Accommodation features open plan living area and provides a well equipped kitchen, fully functional laundry, a bathroom and seperate toilet, dining area with an eight seat table, an outdoor undercover area with BBQ facilities and an outdoor table.

MINIMUM STAY - We prefer a 2 night minimum stay but are very open to discussing special offers for those traveling through Ballarat for a short, one night stay. Please don't hesitate to ask.
NIGHTLY RATES : We keep our lower prices aimed towards families as we appreciate all the costs involved in holidays and general traveling.
