It has a well appointed kitchen, dining area, a spacious sitting and television room, bathroom with bath and separate shower and a separate laundry area. Bedding configuration is one queen size bed and two single beds. A sofa bed is also available.

The sitting room has a magnificent window fitted with double pull down blinds providing all the privacy you require while not obstructing the view out. Lake Apartment has a small private courtyard area with BBQ and undercover parking for a small car.

Lake Apartment is central and within about 50 metres of Lake Wendouree with restaurants and recreational areas a short stroll.

Visit the Ballarat Tramway Museum near the Botanical Gardens and of course not to be missed is the Botanical Gardens dating back to trees planted in 1863. Whilst at the Botanical Gardens view the statuary including the Prime Minister's Avenue featuring bronze busts of every Australian Prime Minister. In the historic statuary pavilion you will see the marble statues including the famous Flight From Pompeii.
