Linen is not included in our tariff. You can bring your own linen: at a minimum each bed requires a flat sheet, fitted sheet and a pillow case and BYO towel or alternatively, at a cost of $120 for the property, we are more than happy to provide it. Regardless, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided.

The four-way bathroom is perfect for groups. The bathroom has separate bathtub, shower, toilet, and common vanity to allow multiple people to use the facilities at the same time.

Buninyong is one of Victoria's oldest towns, pre-dating the gold rush and nearby Ballarat. It retains many historic buildings and hosts Victoria's oldest inland botanic gardens. A 20 minute walk to town takes you to a choice of five cafes, three restaurants or the historic pub for food and drinks.
Buninyong has four free-use tennis courts, skate park, parkour park and a outdoor swimming pool which is open in Summer.
Cyclists love Buninyong. Home to the Cycling Australia Road National Championships, riders love the mountain roads which wind through a rural and bushland setting and finish with a selection of great cyclist friendly cafes.
The local supermarket is well stocked and friendly. Buninyong also offers a pharmacy, pub, post office, bakery, takeaways, newsagent, petrol, vintage goods, bike shop and repairs and a medical clinic.
At 745m, dormant volcano Mt Buninyong is a delight to walk around and explore. It can be seen from the property. If you're keen, it takes about one hour to walk to the top via the well marked and scenic Goldfields walking track.
