Walking/bike track connects you to the CBD, Bendigo Hospital, Spring Gully, Epsom and Kangaroo Flat. The train station and the CBD are an easy 1.4km walk along the historic, heritage listed homes of Carpenter Street. La Trobe University and One Tree Hill National Park excellent walking and hiking trails are just 1.4km up the road in the other direction Ellis Street.
Mountain bikes are available on request - just let us know your sizes. Fantastic way to get to the many dining places nearby that are also on the cycling track. Only 15 minutes walk into town or a quick 2 minute drive. 10 minute walk from the Bendigo train station. Bus transport for getting around Bendigo is a block away.

Access is via secure key lock box code given prior to check in. We live nearby and are available by phone or in person. Milk, fresh eggs, bread and butter will be there for your arrival. Other breakfast cereals also at hand. Basic condiments like olive oil, salt and pepper, sauce etc also on stock.
Lovely, quiet neighbourhood on the fringe of the Bendigo CBD. A 1.4km walk through historic Bendigo streets and heritage listed homes and the CBD is yours. Great eating and drinking within 500m and breakfast/lunch cafe with great coffee just around the corner. You have a creek with walking/bike path that traverses Bendigo as your view outside your front door. LaTrobe University and Bendigo National Park great walking trails is just over a kilometre in the other direction. There is a very friendly family of Magpies that live over at the creek that you will hear chatting throughout the day and we live nearby and are happy to help or leave you in peace to enjoy your stay.
