This beautiful town has always been a haven for wildlife and has one of the most attractive lakes in the Wimmera.
A main feature within the town of Murtoa is the impressive 1890s avenues of sugar gum trees around most of the lake.
There is a playground, BBQs, Rotunda and large lawned areas within walking distance of the home, Rabl park immediately to the North of Lake Marma as well as a series of waterways and ponds with attractive treed surrounds.
This town also incorporates a Skate Park, playground, the 1896 Railway's walking bridge and large grassed areas.
Both Lakes are great fishing and recreational areas, with a boat ramp, picnic areas, abundant birdlife and pleasant walking tracks.
The town of Murtoa is also only a short distance from many other family attractions, such as a 15 minute drive to Horsham where you can visit the Horsham Regional Art Gallery or you could even drive another 20 minutes to the Grampians and enjoy a memorable 4WD experience.
The location of this holiday house is ideal as it is surrounded by a range of attractions suitable for the whole family.
