Newly built modern double storey holiday house located in a quiet court in Bonnie Doon with the beautiful Lake Eildon only a few steps away
The home is ideally set up for multiple families or groups with five bedrooms, four bathrooms and great living spaces.
Situated on a large block, there is ample room for the kids to run around and play outside, on the trampoline and swing set or go to the local football ground and netball or tennis courts just around the corner.
Alternatively head out for the short walk into the Bonnie Doon Township for a wood-fire pizza or ice-creams. There is heaps to do within the region and this property is in a great central spot
In the warmer months, sit back on the verandah with a nice cool drink, listening to BBQ sizzle away and in winter, keep cosy indoors on the comfortable leather couch by the crackling of the wood fire.
You have three options for accommodation:
1 Book the entire 2 storey house
2 Book downstairs only – 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeping 6 guests
3 Book upstairs only – 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms sleeping 9 guests.... NB: No internal cooking facilities upstairs – cooking can only be done on the BBQ outside. Small bar fridge and sink only in the kitchenette

Deposit: Confirmation of booking is made once 50 of tariff is received.
Balance of Payment: made payable one week prior to check-in date.
Full Payment: required for bookings less than 14 days in advance of use.
Bond Payable: $500.00-$1000.00 on authorised credit card imprint held for 14 days after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all is well at the rented property.
Our cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund. Admin fees apply.
Credit Card: facility is available in the office. A fee of 2 of payment will be charged.
Penalties will apply for additional guests, unless prior written consent has been provided by Mansfield Holiday Letting.
