Valley View Townhouse is centrally located on picturesque Gavan Street, with backdoor access to the famous Murray to Mountains Rail Trail.
Boasting three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, TV, walk in robe and ensuite, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a double bed with a single bed above. All linen is provided.
The light filled spacious lounge and dining provides comfortable seating, television, and reverse cycle air conditioning, the ideal facilities for all seasons.
This townhouse has a northern aspect allowing plenty of sun.
A large laundry with washing machine and ironing facilities is also provided for your convenience.
Step out in to the backyard, where you will find a covered patio area with a BBQ and outdoor setting, take in the country air, with extensive North and South views which can also be viewed from the front and rear gardens.
A remote control lock up garage is provided, so why not lock your car away during your visit and take to the area by foot or bicycle. With the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail at your doorstep it's the perfect opportunity to explore the area with a leisurely ride to Feathertop and Ringer Reef Wineries or out to the Wandi Pub.
