The house is situated on picturesque Delany Avenue, approx. 500m to the main street. The house offers relaxed family living in a very peaceful location nestled in its own surrounding gardens sleeping 8 guests.
Bright 29 is a very short stroll to popular cafs including Ginger Baker cafes, hotels, world famous Bright brewery, Centenary Park, Ovens River and the great new water park for the kids. Leave the car in the lockup garage and walk or ride to the many wonderful attractions that Bright has to offer. The local bicycle trails are only a stones throw away, or you cant go past the famous lolly shops.
The outlook and position of this magnificent home makes it a perfect property for all seasons.
Wake up and relax on the back deck with a coffee or tea soaking up the morning sun reading the paper or a good book while overlooking Mount Porepunkah and alfresco dining by night. A BBQ is also provided off the back deck.
Just relax and watch the world go by or read a book on the shady front veranda looking out to Eagle Peak. The gardens have many deciduous trees, which can be admired through the change in seasons.
In winter, curl up in front of one of the 2 wood fires, located in the sun filled living room or front lounge room on comfy sofas. Choices of indoor entertainment include a large 55 inch LED TV in the main living room with pay tv, and a 40 inch LED in the front living room both with DVD players.
The master suite has another large LED TV to suit, board games, puzzles, books, magazines, and a Bluetooth speaker for you to enjoy your own music from your Bluetooth devices.
The house is really well heated with two wood fires and one split system unit to keep you warm and cosy during your stay
Bright 29 has enough room for 1 or 2 families, with a queen size bed in 2 bedrooms and the main bedroom has its own ensuite, 2 sets of bunks in the third room, maximum 6 adults. With a large open plan kitchen for those who enjoy cooking and entertaining, with a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine to enjoy during your stay.
All linen is supplied as well as tea, coffee, salt & pepper.
A porta cot is provided, but no linen, and a high chair.
After enjoying a day skiing, bike riding or the like, come home and rest your bones beside one of two large coonara wood fires, which will keep you cosy and warm in winter, and a split system air conditioner will keep you cool in summer.
Bikes are welcome outside, with a workbench conveniently located in the lock up garage for any repairs or maintenance work. There are two bikes supplied for you to use during your stay, take advantage of the many riding trails or just for a leisurely cruise into town. Bright 29 is surrounded with an abundance of walking tracks suitable for a gentle stroll or a serious day hike. Please note bikes are not permitted in the house.
Please note that although this property is single story there are stairs from the back deck. Guests with young children or with restricted mobility should be aware of this.
