Annabells is a lovely newly renovated solid brick home set in a quiet location, just a short walk 1 km to the centre of Bright, adjacent to Pioneer Park, at 42a Coronation Avenue, Bright.
The living areas are North facing, overlooking the established gardens with lovely mountain views beyond. The Rail Trail bike track runs past the front of the property, which backs onto the forest tracks leading to Huggins Lookout and Mystic Hill.
A large lounge room has a comfy Moran lounge suite and a wood-fire to get cosy while watching the large 60" TV. The dining room has a magnificent blackwood table, seating 10 - 12 guests to make meal times a family affair and the kitchen overlooks these areas so the chef of the family is not missing a thing.
The kitchen is equipped with beautiful Ice-Maker fridge, top of the range Dishwasher and appliances, bread maker, coffee machine and anything an experienced cook may require to use in the kitchen.
Being solid brick the house is quite warm in the colder months as the lovely windows let the sun shine in and the solid bricks keep it much cooler in summer, but for those hot days you have a Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner.
A Pool is available for your use at our property next door, Forest Lodge Chalets, which is easily accessible via the back garden.

Four bedrooms can accommodate 9 guests, with a fold up sofa available for use in the lounge if needed. The Main bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite with walk in shower, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a single sofa bed, and the 4th bedroom is petite and has a double bed.
All bedrooms have brand new top of the range Penthouse Executive King Koil beds with luscious goose-down doonas for your complete sleep comfort. Quality bedding completes the beds, electric blankets, and blankets available for those that might prefer them to a doona. New plush carpets have been laid in the bedrooms with gorgeous slate in the living areas.
The bathroom is newly renovated with single spa and walk in shower.
A deck complete with picnic table and chairs and bbq is also North facing and is a lovely place to relax. Large established trees provide plenty of shade if required, and a bonus is the apple trees, oranges and lemons which you are welcome to use when in season.
If all of this is not enough an 8 x 7 metre brick garage, complete with mechanics pit keeps your cars or cycles safe and cool with roller door and security access directly into the house
