The basis rate quoted is for the first 4 guests using the two main ensuite bedrooms of the House. Other bedrooms will be locked off and unavailable for use. Extra guests are $30 per person per night including children
Pets $40 per stay not per night
Please Note - all bookings incur an additional Stayz booking fee of $30 per night
Usually two nights except for Long Weekends 3 nights; Melbourne Cup 3 nights; Easter 5 nights. Christmas fortnight is by negotiation depending on what’s left – could be 2 nights could be 5 nights – ring to enquire
All cancellations incur a minimum penalty of one nights tariff. This increases depending on proximity to the holiday date.

The House & The Studio have separate, fenced, private gardens.
Pets are welcome inside as we have polished floors and leather furniture.
There are miles of car free, riverside walks metres from your back gate…and then there is the river to swim in.
There is a huge dog park 9 houses away at the end of the Court.
