HEATING & COOLING
The lounge room features a combustion fire to keep you cosy and warm during winter and a large split system to keep you cool in summer.
The bathroom has a shower with separate bath and vanity. The toilet is located in adjoining room.
The small grassy backyard features a gas BBQ and outdoor setting.
Camelia Place is not pet friendly.
Laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, iron & ironing board.
There is undercover parking for one car and space for another car off street.
