There are 2 ways to take Tessies - as a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom option sleeping up to 6 guests or as a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom option utilising Tessies Studio sleeping up to 8 guests
For the 3 bedroom option allowing up to 6 guests -
Sunday to Thursday $335 per night for 2 guests going to $455 for 6 guests
Friday, Saturday, School Holidays & April $355 for 2 guests going to $475 for 6 guests
Peak periods – see dates below – $425 per night for 2 guests going to $545 for 6 guests
Rates are calculated with the first 2 guests in the main bedroom of the House and extra guests $30 per person per night
If only 2 guests stay but use two bedrooms the charge is $50 per stay – not per night. This is to cover extra linen, cleaning etc of the second bedroom.
For more than 6 guests Tessies Studio will also need to be booked
Pets $40 per stay not per night
Please Note - all bookings incur an additional Stayz booking fee of $20 per night
Usually two nights except for Long Weekends 3 nights; Melbourne Cup 4 nights; Easter 5 nights. Christmas fortnight is by negotiation depending on what’s left – could be 2 nights could be 5 nights – ring to enquire

The House & The Studio have separate, fenced, private gardens.
Pets are welcome inside as we have polished floors and leather furniture.
There are miles of car free, riverside walks metres from your back gate…and then there is the river to swim in.
There is a huge dog park 9 houses away at the end of the Court.
REMEMBER - TIME AWAY IS FAR TOO PRECIOUS TO SPEND IN THE WRONG PLACE
