Take in the breathtaking views in every direction, enjoy meals and barbeques on your own private balcony overlooking the vineyard.
A 5 minute walk to one of Victoria's premier tourist farm facilities, The Red Stag Restaurant. Enjoy their offerings, including the memorable experience of hand feeding grain to the red deer, emu, ostrich, goats, turkey and sheep. We recommend the Devonshire tea.
Unique experience for a family or overseas visitors to visit with views of the high country and snow capped mountains in winter.
Walk 10 minutes along the vineyard to your own private fishing spot in the Ovens river. You can swim there too!
Situated at the halfway mark between Myrtleford and Bright, the farm is nestled at the foot of Mt Buffalo National Park and to truly get back to nature take a walk through the vineyard along Kangaroo Creek to arrive at a peaceful scene of serenity, overlooking a dam of pristine mountain water surrounded by untouched natural ferns and gum trees. If you time it right, you may even spot a wombat!
Use our picnic basket and fill it with your favourite local cheeses and sour dough breads and compliment it with local salami or fish pate from trout farm in Bright. Enjoy our complimentary bottle of wine with your picnic .
You may buy all your favourite cheeses on your travels to the Milawa cheese factory in Milawa. Whilst there you can visit Brown Brothers winery close by.
OTHER THINGS TO DO
There is a raft of local family based tourist attractions for active guests
Take the walk to Eurobin Falls at the base of Mt Buffalo- amazing nature at it best, - 10 minutes drive - look for the signs on your left as you drive up Mount Buffalo road.
Bike hire is available in Myrtleford or Bright with a carriage for the toddlers.
Pedalling the Rail Trail from the Eurobin Bike Shed, ride to Boyntons winery for anti pasta and return to the Berry Farm for their berry pancakes or berry ice cream sundaes - everyone's favourite!
Bike ride from Bright to Porepunkah, until you come to the Porepunkah Trail Café then enjoy nachos and coffee or a burger. Great burritos here too. A unique little country cafe on the trail ride opposite the Porepunkah Hotel.
Drive to Harrietville - 15 min from Bright - and visit the Bright Waters Trout Farm; a delight for the children to catch their own fish and then bring them home to cook or just go to see the fish, free entry.
The Lavender Farm is past the trout farm at Harrietville, relax overlooking the creek with a Devonshire tea/coffee.
A great favourite is The Canyon Walk in Bright a 4 kilometre walk along the Ovens River and return trip including a swing bridge.
In Summer experience the thrills and laughs at the Bright Slippery Slide into the Ovens River.
Myrtleford has a great outdoor swimming pool and Bright an indoor swimming pool
You can also go canoeing down the Ovens River.
For keen golfers we are a 10 min drive to Bright Golf Course.
Also in Bright is the Bright Brewery - great pizzas - and next door a Cinema with fresh popcorn.
The Riverdeck is great for breakfast. It looks down on a large play area for younger children. You will find the tourist information centre there and Bright Brewery
Sole e Luna is a great Italian restaurant.
For local wineries try Boyntons, Vic Alps and Ringer Reef. Enjoy their wine, wonderful views, anti pasta's, local cheeses and produce. There is a play area for children at Boyntons so you can sit back and enjoy the views. Visit Michelini"s unquie Italian winery as you pass through Myrtleford. Limousine tours also available.
Beechworth is approx. 40 mins drive. Plenty of history here.
The Maze at Wandiligong is great to visit and you can buy fresh apples at Nightingales Apple Orchard from the orchard door.
SNOW SEASON JUNE/JULY/AUGUST
Drive to MT Buffalo - 35 mins - to enjoy the snow. Sledding is popular and you can hire a sleigh. Sight see and walk to Eurobin Falls. An amazing family day for children to enjoy the snow and the the water falls.
Drive to Falls Creek - approximately 1half hours approx. to the snow. Bogong has beautiful gardens called Clover Arboretum.
Hotham and Dinner Plains are approx. 1hour drive.

Our family farm since 1950, the farm grew from dairy cattle to a tobacco farm and operated as such for 35 years. Now a vineyard; diversifying and separating into a truly modern farm of today.
Enio's father, Giovanni Cavedon, would be immensely proud of the 375 acres he cleared as bush in the1950's that is now a vineyard and a destination for tourists to enjoy. The family are also part owners in the Game Meat Export Company at the entrance of the farm.

Situated at the foot of Mt Buffalo, our 265 acres of farm land is adjoined to Mount Buffalo National Park offering sweeping high country vistas, Ovens river frontage and Kangaroo Creek views with 65 acres of vines. We also have Angus Cattle and sheep.
