'Absolute river frontage' beautifully renovated double storey holiday home nestled on the banks of the Murray River. Complete with it's own boat ramp and plenty of undercover storage for boats and cars. Perfect for the water sport enthusiasts and fishermen alike!

Moor the boat on the sand bank at the front of the property, the green lawn sprawls all the way down to the rivers edge, plenty space for the kids to play, while you relaxon the4x8mdeck facing the river. The large glass sliding doors thatopen out ontooutdoor alfrescohave handles at 1.2m so young children are not able to open.

28 Graham Ave is positioned ideally in the centre of Bundalong, just walking distance to the general store and Bundalong Tavern. The front yard (road side) is secured from road and riverand so very safe for small children and also pet friendly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heaven on Earth We stayed at this property for Easter 2015. It was fantastic. The house has been renovated and is very very clean and comes with plenty of room both inside and out. The position is the best, and the neighbours are very friendly. We would stay here again and again. A great property in a great part of this beautiful country.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not quite Fully Renovated This well located home has been updated but not finished. The floors have spilt paint marks in every room and have not been polished. The decor is pleasant though minimalist and the property is clean. On the upside the bathrooms are well finished and the kitchen satisfactory though very small and there is ample off street parking for cars and boats. On the downside the owner need to address the following. Mismatched and left over cutlery and crockery and kitchen ware from Nanas and five wine glasses for a house that sleeps 10 is unacceptable. The fridge is tiny for a holiday house and even with using the bar fridge the fridge space is inadequate. The living space - tv area only has a couch that seats 4. The deck is lovely but considering how hot it gets, an umbrella should have been supplied as there was no way you could eat there during the day.
