Summer in the High Country
The high country is very much an underrated area of Victoria. Chateau Gough is on the banks of Lake Eildon a mecca for water skiing. The rivers Delatite, Howqua, Jamieson that feed Lake Eildon are great for fishing. There are many tracks for bush walking and you can even explore the territory inhabited by the Kelly gang. You can also check out the shops in Mansfield and have a cuppa or dinner.
