In summer if water sports are your go, you will just love this property. Launch your boat or jet ski in front of the house depending on water levels or at the boat ramp down the road. Tie your boat up then go and sit on the deck and watch the water/ skiing with a nice cup of coffee or glass of wine. A short walk to the waters edge, jump into the boat and off you go.......
For the winter enthusiasts if skiing or boarding is your go, we are located only 30 minutes from the base of Mt Buller.
All year round the fishing is amazing. From all accounts there is a great run of trout, cod and redfin stone throwing distance from the backdoor of the lake house. With very little boat traffic and lots of natural fish habitat, Howqua is the place to be for a spot of fishing.
Enjoy nights around the outdoor fire pit subject to fire restrictions, while you cook the bbq provided and roast marshmallows for the kids. Star gazing is a must
