Backing onto National Park and hidden at the end of a private road, sits your opportunity to get away.
Set on more than 5 acres of bush, you won’t see or hear the neighbours.
The home comfortably sleeps 7 large adults (queens and king singles), especially suiting families with taller kids. You can prepare your own meals in the established kitchen, walk to the Jamieson Brewery, or take a short drive to eat out.
You can relax on the leather reclining couches in front of a Blu-Ray movie, in front of the wood fire, or have a quiet drink on the deck while taking in the sounds of nature.
Quality bed linen is provided for a reasonable fee, or you can bring your own.
With the comforts of home at your fingertips, there are plenty of activities to choose from.
You can enjoy the privacy, appreciate the abundance of wildlife (including colourful parrots landing on the deck), walk along the bush tracks, or just relax.
You can take in the sites, with Lake Eildon, clear-water rivers, and a spectacular lookout just around the corner. There’s the Jamieson Brewery within a short walk serving lunch and dinner, cafes, historic Kevington Pub, picturesque Enoch’s Point, and scenic flights from Mansfield.
If action is more your style.... You can ride your mountain bikes or dirt bikes for hours directly from the house on the countless tracks. There is also direct 4WD access to the National Park and only a few hundred metres to the State Forest tracks. Within a few minutes from the house you can water ski on Lake Eildon, or you will find fishing and bush walking. Mansfield offers paintball, and Mt Buller is only an hour away for the snow.
Eden’s Retreat has just become available for holiday rentals, and you can take advantage of the “opening specials”.
