The Mansfield Lakehouse is family accommodation, just ten minutes from bustling Mansfield. The 3 bedroom house sits high on a hill offering spectacular 360 degree views of Lake Eildon, native bushland, rolling hills and in winter the snowy peak of Mt Buller. Visitors to the Mansfield Lakehouse are within close proximity to superb restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops, four pubs, award winning wineries and lots of unique high country activities. During winter, the house provides perfect accommodation for ski trips or sightseeing with Mt Buller just a 30 minute drive away. We also have two horses on the property and leave plenty of carrots in case vistors would like to feed them.

The house is situated centrally on the 22 acre property The lake can be accessed by an unsealed road through the property. The property has deep lake frontage meaning that the lake is always accessible to guests and there is good quality boat access.
The house itself has an open plan living/eating area equipped with TV, DVD, Stereo, Playstation and inside and outside dining areas. The large kitchen is equipped with microwave, freestanding Ilve oven with both gas & electric hotplates, a large fridge/freezer and small appliances and bits and pieces that most people would have in their kitchen at home including foil glad wrap etc..
The upstairs bathroom has a shower, bath & vanity. The en-suite downstairs has toilet, shower and vanity. There is a separate toilet upstairs.
The house has three bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bunk, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and two bunks, Bedroom 3 downstairs has a queen bed, lowline bunk & en-suite. All linen including bedding , towels, tea towels etc. is provided.
The laundry is fitted with a washer, dryer and trough and is stocked with cleaning products.
The house has a tube slide from Bedroom 1, it exits the house from the upper floor and re-enters downstairs in Bedroom 2 - hours of entertainment for the kids.
Outside a magnificant 130m2 deck takes advantage of the 360 degree views whilst providing BBQ facilities, outdoor open fireplace, two eight seater outdoor tables, bean bags, bar area, & fan.
