Fully renovated interior 5-star hotel standard we're told with modern kitchen and appliances, tastefully decorated and large wood fireplace and air-conditioning for year-round enjoyment.

Elliott's Run accommodates 10 people comfortably with four bedrooms:

- Master bedroom with king bed and private air conditioner

- Second bedroom with queen bed

- Third bedroom with two single beds

- Fourth bedroom with two double bunks

Added to this are two separate living areas, indoor and outdoor dining for 10+ each, a 50" digital TV downstairs and a smaller 30" TV upstairs, even a Wii .

- Outdoor entertaining area with gas bbq, chiminea and seating for 12+ people with views across the Mansfield valley, small lake on the property.

The house is nestled in a private valley with little traffic; the end of the road lead to the State Forest & Alpine National Park. A magnificent area to explore. And did you know, during the filming of "The Man from Snowy River", Kirk Douglas lived in this very house

Summer Retreat near Lake Eildon

Elliott's Run is set on 50 acres of farmland, with a large dam right in front of the house. Fantastic sunset views looking over Mansfield. And only 15 minutes to the shores of Lake Eildon.

Gough's Bay, Jamieson, Ford Inlet, and Bonnie Doon are all fantastic places to launch off onto Victoria's largest lake. Great swimming, boating, and fishing.

Great Skiing Base for Mt Buller and Mt Stirling

Only 15 minutes to the gates at Mt Buller and Mt Stirling, where some of Victoria's best downhill and cross country ski fields are found.
