Aurora offers great character with open plan spacious living/dining, modern appliances and a very well thought out floorplan to suit all guests. The home is split into two areas and can potentially accommodate a number of families or large groups.
The lounge area has a modern natural feel that is restful and offers excellent comfort to guests upon arrival. Aurora has a log fire place, huge comfy lounge, large television, dvd player, surround sound stereo system, and remote reverse cycle air conditioner’s that are smartly situated throughout the entire home, providing all year round comfort during all seasons. There is even well thought of overhead fans to circulate the temperature evenly throughout the home.
With a spacious modern kitchen designed to comfortably entertain and set social settings, there is a large double door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas stove top/oven and microwave. There is a built-in double door pantry, with many more helpful appliances neatly tucked away for your enjoyment.
The kitchen table seats 10 people spaciously plus additional seating at the kitchen island. Meal times can be made fun with great conversation, laughs and joyous memories to be made whilst dining.
With four spacious bedrooms, all are carpeted and have a reverse cycle air conditioner/split system. Bedroom number 4 has also boasts a built in desk and TV.
All bed linen is provided, including the supply of doonas, pillows, sheets and bath towels. Bedding is of great quality offering a restful night’s sleep.

Aurora has two 2 bathrooms at opposite ends of the home. The main bathroom offers a generous space with double vanity, with an abundance of bench space. There is a great size bath tub with a free standing shower. The second bathroom is equipped with large single vanity and separate shower with under vanity cupboard space.
There is also two 2 separate toilets and a fully functional laundry. It has a front loader washer, a wall mounted dryer, and loads of cupboard storage space for wet suits or other equipment if required. The cupboard also contains a heater - so it can be used as a drying cupboard for all your summer and winter ski gear
The back yard has a large private deck that can further entertain outdoors. Cook up a storm on the BBQ while overlooking breathtaking views, amazing bird life, tranquil blue skies, green trees and mountains for miles.
There is safe, secure, ample parking for several vehicles and other recreational toys with a drive in-drive out driveway.
