A short drive to Mt Buller Gates, Lake Eildon, King Valley Wineries and just 2.5 hrs from Melbourne.

Boxtree Estate is a beautiful family farm located in the quiet hamlet of Merrijig in Victoria, a country town nestled between the alpine resort of Mt Buller and Mansfield, just 2.5 hours from Melbourne CBD or Tullamarine.

Enjoy this property of over 130 acres and boasts 360 degree views of Mt Buller, to Timbertop and the high country valley offering unforgettable sunsets.

A contemporary style property with accommodation providing comfort and functionality.

The main house has 3 bedrooms, all with their own ensuite, a sitting room that converts to another bedroom, open plan kitchen dining and living area with fireplace.

Each room has breathtaking views of the high country.

Relax on the verandas. One faces east to watch the sun as it rises over Mt Buller and Timbertop or sit on the veranda facing west in our comfy, wooden rocking chairs and watch the beautiful and ever changing sunsets in the valley. You can also enjoy dining on the verandas.

Try breakfast on the east veranda on the 8 seater bar height dining table.

The west veranda has a dining table that seats 10.

The kitchen is fully equipped with glassware, cutlery, cookware, crockery, a 5 burner gas ILVE cooktop, ILVE double oven, microwave and Bosch dishwasher; the fridge/freezer is tucked away in the walk in pantry. There is also a gas BBQ located on the east veranda.

The laundry is complete with washer, dryer and outside hanging area.

You and your guests can also relax in the central courtyard with an outdoor setting under a canopy of cherry blossom trees.

There is a 60x20 dressage ring/arena enclosed by a white picket fence.

Abundant wildlife including kookaburras, parrots and roos. There are also horses and ponies.

Boxtree is the perfect setting for the bridal party to stay before and after the wedding, complete with a private bridal suite.

The estate is perfect for a reception venue, whether it is an open setting under a yellow gum tree or a marquee set upon the dressage ring.

There are 3 bedrooms, all with their own ensuites sleeping 1 in total including 2 fold out beds

The master bedroom is complete with views of Mt Buller, queen size bed, walk in robe, full length mirror, vanity table and mirror, ensuite with separate shower and bath. There is also a chaise lounge that could be converted into a single bed.

Bedroom 2 has magnificent views of the high country, a queen size bed, large built in wardrobes and ensuite.

Bedroom 3 is equipped with 4 single beds suitable for adults and children, an ensuite and built in wardrobes.

The sitting room, located just off the master bedroom, has a sofa bed suitable for another couple.
