Fully equipped laundry facilities includes washer, dryer, airer, iron and ironing board. Outdoor living with BBQ and backyard space are located within the fully fenced yard. The tariff of $240 per night includes four people two bedrooms with extra charge of $35 per room for up to 10 people. One night stay by arrangement- $50 cleaning surcharge applies to one night stays.
